By doing so, the data will be deleted automatically or anonymized permanently and non-reversibly, 90 days after the deletion of the account. The Customer may at any time make a new registration and must proceed to communicate all his data again.
Data required for contractual purposes shall be retained for as long as necessary to execute the contract. Tax data contained in the invoice will be kept for 10 years. A longer period of data retention may possibly be determined by requests made by the Public Administration or other judicial, governmental or regulatory body, or by the Holder’s participation in legal proceedings involving the processing of personal data.
